Its usage provides practical workflows and effectively designates project responsibilities. We plan, follow, monitor, control, recover and report back in order to satisfy our Client’s objectives, from the conceptual design to the hand-over of the project.

In accordance with the ISO9001-2008 guidelines, ARCAN Project Management Services have established a Quality Policy Statement towards exceeding the customers’ expectations.

ARCAN’s Quality Manual considers:

a- The Customer Focus and highlights that the processes shall ensure that the customer requirements are understood throughout the organization.

b- The Customer Satisfaction Measurement in order to monitor and analyze the customer satisfaction.

The information collected through different methods such as customer satisfaction surveys shall be used for data analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and the continual improvement.
